This large-scale residential project involved providing comprehensive real estate marketing visualizations for the renovation of an older, multi-unit apartment building in Europe. The core objective was to transform the entire property into highly desirable, modern residences, specifically focusing on a flagship ground-floor penthouse and several one-to-two bedroom upper-level apartments.

The real estate developer faced the classic challenge of marketing an old structure with a new vision. They needed visualizations that could:

  1. Overcome Age Perception: Persuade potential buyers that the structural renovation and modernization efforts had completely erased the outdated feel of the original building.
  2. Highlight Diverse Offerings: Clearly differentiate the premium appeal of the ground-floor penthouse (featuring unique elements like direct garden access and loft styling) from the refined, functional appeal of the standard 1- and 2-bedroom units.
  3. Accelerate Pre-Sales: Provide compelling, aspirational imagery essential for launching the pre-sales campaign well before construction completion.

I delivered a series of photorealistic interior and exterior renders that were tailored to specific buyer demographics for maximum impact.

  • Penthouse Luxury: The penthouse visualization emphasized open-concept living, large windows, premium finishes (like wide-plank wood flooring and glass railings), and the integration of a custom internal staircase. The staging focused on luxury and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

  • Exterior Modernization: I produced a render of the refurbished building facade, which was crucial to showcase the property’s clean, modernized appearance and curb appeal.
