| Project Overview
I provided commercial and retail visualization services for TKS, a young and popular restaurant chain expanding its presence in Dubai. The project involved visualizing two different space types: a standard food court outlet and a new, larger standalone branch. The central goal was to deliver visuals that accurately reflected the brand’s vibrant, youthful identity.
| The Challenge
Restaurant chains need absolute consistency across all locations, even when adapting to different environments (like a mall food court versus a street-level branch). Key challenges included:
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring the vibrant brand identity, including specific colors, logos, and materials (such as the distinctive wood paneling and lighting), was perfectly uniform across both the food court and the new branch concepts.
- Flow and Functionality: Clearly illustrating the efficient service flow for the food court counter and the comfortable seating layout for the larger restaurant branch.
- Material Accuracy: Accurately rendering materials like the weathered brick, wood slats, and exposed lighting to establish the desired rustic-modern ambiance before construction.
| The 3D Visualization Solution
My approach focused on meticulous attention to branding elements and material interaction to create an inviting atmosphere. My solution included:
- Identity Focus: Highlighting the brand’s core visual elements, like the main logo and custom wall graphics, in the renderings to confirm that the physical space aligned perfectly with the vibrant corporate identity.
- Lighting and Atmosphere: Utilizing interior rendering techniques to model soft, warm lighting that enhances the wood and brick textures, making the spaces feel welcoming and trendy, rather than purely functional.
- Dual Environment Presentation: Creating separate sets of high-detail visuals for the contrasting environments (the high-traffic food court counter versus the relaxed dining area of the full branch) to give the client a comprehensive preview.

The final commercial 3D visuals provided the restaurant chain’s stakeholders with a clear and confident preview of how their new spaces would look and operate before a single brick was laid. These detailed renderings were crucial for securing necessary approvals, finalizing material orders, and serving as initial marketing assets for the upcoming openings.
